After getting quotes from six different contractors, I went with Motto & Sons for my roof replacement including a low slope section, skylights, and gutters. Owner Josh's level of expertise and the fact that he didn't play pricing games or use flashy sales tactics were the deciding factors for me. Communication leading up to and during the job was very good. His team was professional and respectful of my property. They had a pretty good system to protect the landscaping around the house, and they did a great job cleaning up. The roof looks very well done, leaving me with so much peace of mind. I'm very satisfied by my experience with this company.

The Team at Motto & Sons Roofing & Construction did a GREAT job on our roof and gutter replacement! Josh was a pleasure to work with and the communication was AWESOME! His guys are top notch and extremely courteous! They were careful of my property, gazebo, landscaping and took time to clean up after themselves. The entire process of dropping of shingles, roof installation, clean up and gutter installation was professional and prompt! I would definitely work with Motto Sons again in the future!!!

Josh and team followed through with a special request of ordering additional siding and necessary items for me to install myself. We under ordered and he was quickly willing to put the additional order in. Motto roofed and sided my home last spring and did a great job. Would definitely hire them again.

Motto & Sons came on time, quoted then and there, did the job efficiently, mitigated some roof issues and even came back for a small issue with no complaints! Highly recommend.

They took our foreclosure that needed one of everything and two of most and were able to fit our budget if we let them work at their speed. Work was flawless and they worked closely with the city to resolve the code violations from the former owners.
