BFHD worked with our claim adjuster and had someone from their team available during the inspection of the hail damage to our home. They were there for us during every step of the process of replacing our roof, siding, and gutters. We also replaced our soffits and fascia so the house is now almost 100% maintenance free. We found them to be responsive and the owner even spent a great deal of time with us, onsite, before the project began talking through everything and answering our questions on the work that was to be done. The crews were all very hard working, efficient, and friendly. Any small issues that arose during the project were quickly addressed. Sharing some "before" and "after" pictures. We love the new look of our house!

I had a great experience with Briggs putting a new roof on our house. Especially working with John Bielaga as he helped with every step of the process. The company even went the extra mile to try to fight to lower my insurance deductible. I will definitely recommend them to friends and family in the future. Our new roof looks fantastic!

We wanted get our roof replaced before winter. The staff was able to quickly add me to their project schedule and were unbelievably respectful and thorough. We recently had a new driveway installed (3 months prior) and they put down tarp/netting to ensure that the driveway was protected from scratches/scuffs and were even mindful of the weight of equipment on the new concrete. They sent me pictures of the progress along the way. Completed the entire job in 4 hours. I would recommend Briggs to anyone looking to get a new roof. 5/5 stars for me!
