All most 2 years of dealing with these people and still don’t have it right!! Their new roof leaked so bad our ceiling fell in one bedroom. Several spots leaking on the ceiling throughout the house. I think we are on our 4th project manager. Please don’t deal with these people!!!

Thank you James for sending the nicest crew I have ever had out here to make my place look like brand new & so clean with replacing my white siding, trim, six windows & roof repair after the 1-1 1/2” hail storm damage to my home. I am one happy customer!! 😊

Our experience was very unsatisfactory for the following issues:
Renew Roofing took the ACV insurance check (per the contract)
back in November 2019 to complete storm damage repair per the insurance estimate. They cashed the check then app 6 months later informed us they were only doing part of the repairs and didn't return any money for work not performed so we could hire another contractor.
Poor communication.
Work the should have took no more then 2 weeks was dragged out over a year.
Porch rebuild was not the greatest and not repaired per the insurance est. Roof rafters was to be replaced one was not the other was spliced in, along with other issues.
Funny is how they try to spin it and blame the customer, they took the insurance check to complete all repairs, why would we have given all the insurance money only do some of the work they had several copies of the insurance repair estimate of what was to be done.
We will never use this company again and won't be recommending them.

No worries, we will be completing the rest of the repairs and fixing some of yours.
As for the check 3336 that was the money I had to go around with you about to get back it was for all the trees that were on structures. That was also included in the ACV first insurance check.
Lastly on your porch comment of course it was better it was destroyed by trees and winds from the tornado. You're welcome we took that and the shed down for safety reasons being it took so long for repairs. If I remember correctly when you got the check we were going to be first on the list in the spring another false.

Dealing with any major project can be stressful and intimidating , but Jason at Renew Roofing made sure that the whole reroofing experience went smoothly and was pain free! He was very knowledgeable and available for any questions or concerns you might have. From start to finish I was very impressed with the professionalism and enjoyed my dealings with him. A great group of folks to deal with at Renew Roofing, from office workers to the roofers…thank you! I would recommend anyone with roofing issues to give them a call.

The people from Renew Roofing are fantastic! Very professional and helpful and more importantly, NICE! I am working with them now to repair the hail damage to my roof and am grateful for their help. They came out to do the estimate right away and then provided an itemized statement of work. Everything l needed to know about shingles, the insurance process and the repairs was explained thoroughly and in a way I could understand! At no point in the process did I feel like I was getting scammed and I’m calling this out because Renew Roofing saved me, from a company that shall remain nameless, that I definitely felt was trying to take advantage. Looking forward to seeing my new roof!
