We have used M and M before for our door and we were happy with the service. Decided to use them again for our windows and everything went well. The installation crew was terrific and did a great job. We are happy. Our salesperson, Ryan, was attentive and never tried to push us into a product we didn't want and made helpful suggestions based on what windows we chose. Overall, we liked what we picked and had a good experience.

My husband and I met with and got quotes from 5 local companies in the Madison area for a roof replacement. At least 2 of these companies stood out to us. Sunset Ridge, now owned by M&M remodeling was the one that we eventually decided on for several reasons: First, our salesperson, Thad Ruyle was wonderful from the first meet all the way through the completion. He was personable, professional, kind and responsive to all our questions and concerns. He gave us the best price he could for the roof, and beat competitors prices without having to compromise on quality of the products or warranties. We also got our gutters replaced by them and again, Thad ensured we received the best quality product and the best price. We are still working on the front gutter with their superintendent, Bret Rhodes, to ensure that the valley on the front of our house is mitigated properly so that water does not run down onto the front stoop. Bret has been here to analyze the situation and will continue to work on it until it's perfect! That's the kind of company Sunset Ridge is! We were recommended to them by a friend and we will now recommend them to all!

Sunset Ridge did an incredible job on our house! We had them replace our run-down siding with new James Hardie cement composite and they also installed new windows for us that we had pre-purchased. Right off the bat, they were one of the only contractors who would even talk to me about putting in pre-purchased windows, or any of our other peculiar-to-us job requests. Their team was great--they communicated well, showed up timely, worked SUPER hard to get our house finished, and asked lots of great and helpful questions along the way. I hope I never have to reside another house but if I do, I'll definitely go with Sunset Ridge again.

After coming out to estimate, collect data, and measure our duplex, I called Ryan five separate times and he told me he had already sent me the quote, then that he would do it right away, then that he thought he had already sent it, and finally that they were "switching systems" so his emails must not be getting through. Five different iterations of this, on five separate occasions, rather than just respectfully telling me they would not bid. No bid is absolutely not a problem, but giving me the run around instead of just telling me "no," delayed me from being able to choose a roofing and siding bid in a timely manner. Unprofessional.

Sunset Ridge Exteriors fixed roof damage from a racoon for me awhile back and were amazing to work with, so when my house was hit by hail last summer I immediately knew who I wanted to call to do the repairs. They replaced my windows, roof, and siding on my house and it looks amazing! I could not have asked for anyone easier to work with and their speed to respond has been amazing whenever I had a question along the way! Their attention to detail and making sure every step was completed correctly was the best I have ever seen.
