My roof is in great shape and only a few years old and just had chimney flashing installed incorrectly causing a leak. In the Fall of 2021 I hired Waukesha Roofing to fix leaks which were caused by the work of a previous roofer.
I provided information to them which was given to me at the time.
A few weeks ago I learned that some of that information was not accurate, namely the brand of shingles used by the original roofer. I called them about it and they referenced my information sheet. They installed a shingle which did not match what I have on the rest of the home. They said "they wanted to give me something better than what I already had on the house", suggesting they saw the difference, but decided to ignore it and move forward. Being roofing professionals, I would have expected them to have pointed this out to me so they could have done the job right. That did not happen. They have no intention of making this right today either. When I go to sell my home, this mistake will make a huge difference in what I will need to do.

My roof was done and they did a great job. Always on time, wonderful work completed and spotless clean up each day. Very pleased and satisfied.

I am so happy with this company! They have done work for both us and my parents and it has gone perfectly each time! They showed up when promised, cleaned up, and expertly fixed each problem. We had a persistently leaking window that two other companies had attempted to fix - three times - and it still leaked. Waukesha roofing fixed it the correct way and it has not leaked since! We really cannot say enough good things about them!

After 4+ years of dealing with a headache and not having professionals wanting to take on the task to fix this issue. I'll need to post the final fixed solution, but this is the issue that has been a bother for years.
