This company is a few blocks from me. A few years ago I asked for a quote, someone came out, we met, talked for a bit. I went inside while he looked at the roof. And poof disappeared. No call, nothing left on my door or mailbox.
Then earlier this week, I called for another quote. I figured maybe something happened that could be explained the first time, plus a friend of mine who lives clear across town had her roof project done with them.
Someone was to come out the following day and would look at it whether I was home or not and would let me know. No message, no phone call, no note left. And here we are 4 days later.
Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me.

They did a great job getting my roof put on in a day and half and the quality was great. The price was very fair too. I really appreciate Hugo and his team working with me to help me get my roof on in a short amount of time.

We have used Quality Seal Roofing, LLC on many roofing repair and replacement jobs, for many of our properties. Due to their excellent communication, professionalism, and dependability, they have gone from being one of our roofing vendors, from a pool of them, to our preferred 'go-to' vendor. We have been trying to reach them after being promised a call back right away. As a business, like ourselves, pay your invoice! Don't hide from it. The secretary promised a call back right away with CC information and now they aren't answering their phones.
