We used A-1 to complete a ton of work on our house. New roof, new siding, all new soffit and fascia, three new exterior doors, and an entryway build-out to give our house some depth. Every step of the process was transparent, and with fair pricing. If Craig ran into an issue he would always call me and send pictures, or show me in person what needed to be done before just doing it. As a result, there were no surprises on our bill. Pricing is fair and competitive, and the value for the money is top notch. Craig and his team are fantastic, and we know he didn't cut any corners. He even had great insight and suggestions during the design phase of cost-effective ways to make the exterior of our home look amazing. His team did a great job cleaning up, even during the project. Their work is of a very high quality, and I am so happy we found a trustworthy and dependable contractor who will go the extra mile. We will definitely be using A-1 for any additional future projects on our home.

If I were you I wouldn't trust these guys to your roof. Stay away! I had to give them 1 star just in order to comment below. First of all, the guy they sent out to inspect my roof was rude and lazy. He was late for the appointment, had an attitude problem like he was the boss and he told me he didn't want to get on my roof for any inspection. Second, there was a lack of communication, they threw me a whole bunch of paperwork without any explanation, and wanted me to start signing paper so they could get lock me in for job. Third, I personally called their office and spoke with the owner about the issues above, he pretty much took his employees side and said he was gonna follow up with me again. Never got call back from Craig. How disappointing, and this is how you stand by your vision and mission statement! Stay away from this company!

I recommend A-1 Roofing and Construction. Craig is a great guy, he follows through with what he says he will do. He is honest and capable. I have had his company do roofing and gutters as well as related repairs. Excellent work and reasonable prices. Plus, he gives $100 for a referral. Everyone is happy!

Highly recommend. I will never do business with any one other than these guys in the future. Craig helped us every step of the way. He went out of his way to put up a tarp on our roof to protect it from further damage, came out and made sure things went appropriately with our insurance adjusters, and even checked on our house numerous times to make sure everything was secure after some nasty storms came through. Our new beautiful roof was installed with urgency and professionalism, along with outstanding work for our new gutters. I can’t say enough about the astounding customer service provided every single step of the way . Thank you Craig for your kindness and hard work. I am a customer for life and will never stop recommending you.

We had a great experience with A-1 Roofing. We called set up an appointment for a quote and they came right away.. We got a great price quote and they really listened to our needs. The day they came out the crew was on time and with in 5 to 6 hours were done with the job.. They did an amazing job cleaning up afterwards.. It was great working with Craig Glasspoole the owner of A-1 Roofing and Construction, his customer service is amazing.. We would highly recommend the to anyone.
