Jared and his team arrived to replace two gutter end-caps and seal them up for us. Not only did they do that, they took the gutters completely down and repositioned to them to ensure proper drainage - and did it amazingly fast! 5Stars for Jared and the Anderson team!

We recently had Anderson replace our roof. We had a very satisfactory experience with them. They were very professional friendly and did a great job. One thing that’s on my list even at my job is good communication skills which Jared had each time I called him with a question or what was going on he returned my call right away. Would recommend them .

Cons first: Jerad gave us a cheaper bid than the competitor. We like him as a person and wanted to support a smaller business. We had shingles and a rubber roof redone on our house. Was told that our roof would take 3-4 days. It took 4 weeks. The crew showed up anytime between noon and 3pm and would leave anywhere from 6-9pm. Water got in our house 5 different times in 6 different spots in the house. My husband had to go up on the roof in 2 storms in the middle of the night to tarp the roof. We think they he didn't buy the material they needed and ran out of money to buy it with our down payment on top of just never showing up to finish the rubber roof. The days he just didn't show up we got a different excuse every time. When it rained during the day, even for only 2 hours, the crew would not show up at all for the day. Why else would you not finish a roof that keeps letting water in your customers house? One room needed half the drywall and insulation replaced which was our baby's room. Left a mess on our porch for about 2 weeks that I ended up cleaning up myself prior to them being finished. We had to scrub our concrete. Grass got killed from tarps and the trailer sitting on it for to long. My husband went out and bought wood for part of the roof that they put on the roof and ended up tearing it off and not using it which burned a hole in our pocket for no reason. At the end we had to call him back out for some fixes/finishes on the fascia, roof and some siding put back on incorrectly. I had to ask for things to be fixed so it looked 'seamless'. Funny how the company name mentions 'seamless' when in fact nothing is seamless. Definitely on the lower end for finished quality with seams not matching up, drip edge being wavy and caulk being smeared on things. And I can say that because my in laws got their roof redone and the quality of the finished product was night and day difference. If we did not live in our forever home that we paid an arm and a leg for, the finishes wouldn't have been that big of a deal but it sucks we are bit embarrassed on how it looks. He was also hard to get ahold of during the work being completed.
Pros: Jerad is very nice. His crew was nice for the most part, some guys were a little 'different'. Jerad held is composure through us getting upset and overwhelmed with it all. He did finish our roof. The functionality of it currently is serving its purpose (officially finished about 1 week ago). He was cheaper. He did extra work on the house for cost of material. He covered the drywall being replaced and it looks great. He took money off the price for the carpets to get professionally cleaned after the water getting in. Whatever he did wrong, in the end he did make it right and was respectful through it all. So we give him that. For a shingle roof, we would hire him again. He also put downspouts on the house and they look great. Anything beyond that we would look else where. He also can offer warranties with his work which was a plus but we have to follow up with him to make sure the paperwork was mailed in on his side for the warranty.
This was a tough review to write. He deserves credit where it was earned but some of the cons are inexcusable. Use your own judgement. He has other great reviews.

Our family purchased our home less than 3 years ago with a brand new roof and skylight. A little over a month ago we started noticing water stains around our skylight and other places on our ceiling. I found Anderson seamless by Google reviews. I called several other companies that never called me back after several attempts. Jared, the owner of Anderson Seamless called me back right away and said he could come out the next day for a roof inspection. Him and his crew came out the day after the roof inspection to take care of the necessary repairs, which I was very thankful for the sense of urgency. Jared and his crew found several issues the previous company that installed the new roof and skylight created by incompetence. They addresses the issues with me and corrected them. Only time will tell if they took care of the leak (that's my natural skepticism and nothing to do with Anderson's work and professionalism) due to the leak being a slow one that took months to show signs of. I will update my Google review if we remain leak free or not over the next few months of rainy season. Another thing I want to add that I was impressed by was Jared called or sent a text if anything came up where he might be a little late. This great communication was foreign to me with experiences of the contractors I've hired in the past. Thanks for everything, my wife and I appreciate it!
