Brookens Construction was great to work with from start to finish. Chuck Weber (Field Representative) was outstanding. He was very responsive and was a great asset in picking the right shingles and color for our house. He also did a great job of working with our insurance company to make that a seamless process. Rob Moxley (Project Manager) did a great job working with the roofing crew to make sure the final result met our expectations. They did an excellent job and left our yard in great shape after the work was done. We highly recommend Brookens Construction as a local roofing company that does professional work.

The whole crew of Brookens Construction was amazing to work with. From our sales rep Chuck to our project manager Cody and everyone in between. They all made the process very seamless. I’d like to thank the install crew as well. They took good care of our property and the work they did was phenomenal. I highly recommend Brookens Construction for all your roofing needs. Brookens Construction just completed our roof project last Thursday and so far we are very happy with the final result and the overall process. Our field representative, Darren provided us with fantastic service from the start providing the initial roof inspection, an awesome inspection report for insurance purposes and then being back at our home to meet with and go back up on the roof with the insurance agent to point out and discuss the damages. He even tarped/repaired a hole in the ridge vent at the top of our roof to ensure that if water was getting it, it would be stopped. He helped us with shingle selection and made special trips to our home to show us samples of shingles we were thinking about. We have not had to work with the insurance company at all up to this point - Brookens has handled all of this on our behalf. We liked the online customer portal which kept us apprised of where we were with the project. The office staff is courteous and very helpful with questions. The provided us with great information of what to expect with the project when the work was scheduled. The project itself went very smooth - the crew was there when promised and our project manager Ernesto was very informative and he and the crew met all of the requests that we asked for (such as ensuring that our deck was protected during the project). The crew was very professional, courteous and friendly. They had the job completed in a day. The yard and area around our house was cleaned completely - we couldn't tell that there had been a project there when it was finished. Our roof is beautiful and we are very pleased with the work! Its too early to comment on durability and if there are any new construction issues such as leaks etc but I am confident that the work will be sound. The only negative that I could come up with for this project was there was some minor spattering of oil or something that was left on our driveway but I should be able to get that easily enough with a driveway cleaner. Thanks Brookens for the great work and the beautiful roof!

I had a great experience from the estimate with Alex, to the contract to the construction day and payment process.
Everything went great.
They were able to replace my roof in one day and the quality was great and the cleanup was wonderful.
I highly recommend Alex from Brookens construction.

I got introduced to Chuck at Brookens after we had hail damage to our home. He was very thorough and professional with no sales pressure whatsoever.
After researching several other providers and doing my own due diligence for redoing my entire roofing system and gutters, I decided to go with Brookens. They are a local company based in Wisconsin and I wanted the reassurance of working with someone locally as I had heard horror stories from others who went with national firms that were nowhere the be found when issues came up post project completion.
After getting many roofing samples and completed projects to go look at from Chuck, I was introduced to a project manager named Rob. Rob and Chuck both have great customer service with attention to detail and addressed all concerns up front.
Then I met Leo who was head of the install crew and he was amazing! He was also on the job site all day and really did great work in being proactive! He was always making sure we had minimum issues and maximum results! The end result was amazing!! I’ll try to attach a picture here as well. Thanks Brookens!! Highly recommend!!
