From the photo, you can see alum edging and valleys, they replace all bad decking. install roofing materials quickly but accurately. Caulking and flashing all 100% perfect to ensure a leak proof roof. Was able to test roof as monsoon rain hit several days later with no issues. It was really a painless experience start to finish. However, you will need really good ear plugs if you are home on the day they install.

Evansen Builders, LLC did an outstanding job and performed quality workmanship on our roofing project. They did a complete tear off and installation of new shingles in a day and a half. They went to great efforts and did an outstanding job protecting our scrubs, plants, and concrete around the house. I have referred several neighbors to them and they have gone with Evansen Builders for their roofing project as well. Evansen Builders, LLC is a high quality contractor and I would recommend them for any home project.

Since the 20-year shingles on our West Allis bungalow were 24 years old, and we had been having problems with ice dams, it was the year for a new roof. With 5 star reviews, a competitive price, and a salesman who responded very quickly to any phone call or text from us, we chose Evansen.
Shingles and other materials were delivered the day before. On the day of our project, the large Evansen crew started at 7am with a complete tear off. Roofing boards were repaired as needed. Ice and water barrier, etc. were installed along with new metal in the valleys, which were our problem areas. 50-year Owens-Corning Duration dimensional shingles went on top. They also put a new roof on our detached garage. The cleanup was absolutely perfect and they were finished by sunset. Everyone on the well-organized crew had a task to, knew how to do it and kept at it till the job was done. I was impressed.
A few days later, another Evansen crew came to install new larger capacity rain gutters and downspouts on our house and garage. They followed all my requests to a T. I would highly recommend Evansen Builders.

I used Evanson for roof, siding and gutters. The workers were excellent and did a great job, however, the communication was lacking with the project manager. They didn’t tell me they were not replacing the gable vents, so the house looks very plain without them. I called about that, and they did not follow up with a call to resolve it.
