Came out for an estimate to repair a roof leak. Got an estimate for repair and to replace entire roof. Also requested an estimate for window replacement. Never got an estimate for the windows and never returned my calls for roof repair.

They are pleasant to speak with over the phone. However, they are not good at following through. Spoke with them around Dec. They came out and gave us a quote and said they would send us the paperwork. When we hadn't recieved anything and it was now Feb, our roof was starting to get worse so we decided to give them another call. They didn't even remember coming to our house. Then they said they'd call and show up, but never did. If a company isn't interested in doing a job, please just be straight up and honest- don't tell someone you're going to do something and leave them hanging.

Had a piece of facia blow off a year after, it was installed. Called this morning, they were here by noon and repaired it. Can't ask for better service. Thanks again!
